Cj graduated from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham with a degree in BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation and is now a member of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT). Cj is currently the head Graduate Sports Rehabilitator for Harlequins Amateurs RFC and Thamesians RFC providing injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and pitch-side trauma (first-aid).
Cj swears by using evidence-based rehabilitation as well as patient education to tailor his services to each individual to ensure each individual patient will be going from pain to performance.
